A believer of collaborative and inclusive mindset to shape value and deliver people-centric impact.

Vinson is the Assistant Vice President, Singapore & Enterprise Digital Business at ST Engineering. He leads the healthcare business portfolio and champions design innovation at STE. Prior to joining ST Engineering, he was heading the industry and sectoral development at Design Singapore and the Ministry of Communication & Information. Vinson held various functions in the government, technology sector, and innovation start-ups over his twenty years career.

An active grassroot leader, he serves on the various boards of community organisations and is the President of NTU Master of Public Administration Alumni Association as well as a NTU Alumni Council m. Vinson is the Senior Fellow for Design Innovation at SUTD, industry mentor and adjunct lecturer at NTU and SUSS.

Two decades of experience with robotic and telerobotic systems. Having been both an R&D engineer focused on technology development and a product manager focused on application & deployment, Michael has worked to push robotics forward with a rounded approach that considers how technology can be meaningfully adopted to solve the problems of industry.

Michael founded KABAM Robotics alongside Kelvin Wee and Benjamin Chia in 2021 to enable the world to adopt robots as reliable business tools and free humanity from monotony and repetition, to focus on what humans do best.

Carrie Simons is leading a team of Engineers & Scientists in Singapore, China and globally to create the future of meaningful science and innovation for consumers in Skin Care, particularly on the SK-II and Olay brands.

Over the past 2 decades, Carrie has leveraged her formal training in Design Thinking and Engineering across a full spectrum of Procter & Gamble’s businesses (Beauty, Feminine Care, Kitchen Goods & more), from upstream design through plant operations.
