A revolutionary Internet of Things (IoT) data collection platform, the CloudThink Infrastructure collects and processes high-resolution kinematic and energy consumption data from light-duty electric vehicles, heavy-duty diesel vehicles and autonomous personal vehicles. The technology enables the identification of physical vehicle parameters in real-time, including rolling and aerodynamic resistance, instantaneous fuel consumption and more. Successful applications of CloudThink Infrastructure include the replacing of costly tyre pressure sensors to monitor under-inflated tyres. In line with Singapore’s vision of a ‘smart nation’, CloudThink Infrastructure bolsters the field of connected devices, bringing together information systems technology and automotive design to improve driver behavior and facilitate advanced vehicle performance monitoring.
