Building a massive object or structure will soon require less time and labour than before. A boon to the design and construction industries, Very Large Scale Prototyping first creates a digital model of an object, before partioning it into smaller parts that can be fabricated in a common machine. Instructions will then be generated to guide users in assembling the parts. With this technology, buildings with irregular shapes can also be constrcuted quickly and precisely.
